Built for neighbors who want more than a crowd
RH Fitness Studio sits quietly on Bedford Lane — a boutique space where capped class sizes, thoughtful programming, and coach-led attention replace the anonymous gym floor. Whether you are returning after time away or leveling up your training, you will find a community that meets you where you are.
Founded and led by Kimberly Gavin, the studio blends coastal calm with purposeful work: strength that supports daily life, mobility that keeps you moving, and recovery that actually fits your schedule.
“I opened RH Fitness Studio because Newport Beach deserved a place where coaching is personal, classes stay small, and every member feels seen — not just counted.”

Questions we hear often
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely. Our Intro On-Ramp program and small class caps are designed so new members learn form, pacing, and studio culture without feeling lost in a crowd.
How large are your classes?
Most group sessions cap at 12 members so Kimberly and our coaching team can offer corrections, modifications, and encouragement throughout every session.
What should I bring?
Comfortable athletic wear, clean indoor shoes or bare feet for mobility work, a water bottle, and a small towel. Mats and equipment are provided in-studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid a late cancel fee. Membership freezes are available for travel or injury — see add-ons in our pricing menu.
Is the studio inclusive?
Yes. RH Fitness Studio welcomes all adults regardless of age, background, or experience level. Every workout offers scalable options so you train safely at your pace.
